I have to ask if life Difficulty 3 is the same as life Difficulty 4 SM 3.9? I think that the default life difficulty in sm-ssc is easier than SM 3.9 difficulty.

And I think there is a small bug when I get a miss, as it moves down and the next judgments stay down.

Life Difficulty 3 is equal to 4 previously.

I have an interesting minor bug here. When I am converting some graphically printed chart on screen to solo file, I was troubled with a suspected isolated 64th note. The chart is hard to see even though I set the chart zoom to maximum. As a result, I fire the Magnifier of Windows in order to see which 64th note it should land at. What's happen is, the Magnifier of Windows deforms the whole sm-ssc window, even after I shut down or deactivate the Magnifier. I am using Windows Vista, sm-ssc rc1.5.

This is the original window size:

After turning on the magnifier, the window deforms like this:

It persists after shutting down or deactivating the Magnifier

This isn't a bug, magnifier just changed the window size. This shouldn't be an issue if you have either magnifier or SM set to be a bit smaller.

Autoplay save scores! (It would save a D there. Oh, with save scores on. I think you need to play a chart that the profile have never played in order to show the problem.)

I checked if that's true, seeing how many misses must be obtained to lose in SM 3.9 and sm-ssc. In sm-ssc with life Difficulty 3 has to get 15 misses and SM 3.9 with life Difficulty 4 has to get 10 misses. But in sm-ssc with life Difficulty 4 will have to obtain 10 misses to lose. Then Life Difficulty 4 in sm-ssc equals Life Difficulty 4 in SM 3.9. So I think that Life Difficulty 4 should be the default in sm-ssc.

I also have the impression that you have more life in sm-ssc, but I have done no research on the subject.

just to say that the "AdditionalSongFolders" hight score clear bug isn't present anymore in StepMania 4.0.b2 (but i realy like ssc more thant regular 4.0).
so if you could use the 4.0.b2 source for loading and saving hight score in profile files ....

thanks a lot
