They can download the stepmix steps if they have stepmania.

Sorry, I smelled the scent of your elitist remark, so I just had to put my two sense in.

Stepmix is supposed to be a FUN contest for ANYONE that is willing to participate. In fact, the very first stepmix contest is what got me into making my own sm files. The old SM1 Submission "Blue Fever" was in fact my very first submission, and alot of people seemed to like it alot. Not everyone is going to make "perfect" edits and steps, but rather then flame the person, howabout help him/her out and give them some pointers... you know, experienced steppers sharing their own experiences and tips with the less experienced steppers.
