I like how people like you cannot understand that a poster made a simple mistake in the button they clicked and bash them about it. It shows that you just dont like the person for giving you feedback on what they think about your theme.

Feedback is feedback, I never said that you yourself are a crappy person. I said that the current one is crappy compared to what I saw in the video preview. Im wondering where all the sparkle has gone. Also the current song is a tad annoying in comparison.

But, why did you do a dramatic reface of it? the only thing thats the same is the hoops that dont animate correctly from what I been hearing and saw on my brother's laptop?

the theme was edited because of 3 things:

1.) d3d compatibility. not everyone uses opengl, and the old theme makes crashes in certain places.
2.) "Bright" factor: the theme was insanely bright and I dont think everyone would totally appreciate a bunch of flying sparkles everywhere making the screen look like it has artificial bloom or something
3.) "Crust" factor: you might have liked all the unneccesary huge frames and stuff thrown about in the old version of the theme, but to me, it is like having an ex-girlfriend nag you about how your hair looks bad. It just looks clunky and I would rather have thrown it out than keep it looking so over-used throughout the theme.

I honestly thought it looked alot better for what I had to take out in order to make it work for everybody. I have no idea what is wrong with the rings but they look fine for people I have tested it with. screenshots would be nice.

Naw I dont need the the SS was already posted with the words "Ouch my face" on my brother's laptop no matter what I do it still doesn't go through.

O_o who in the world doesn't have openGL?... Unless if it's like an ancient PC on intergrated GPU which in that case they need to go buy like a $20 card anyways to even play the game in the first place lol. Hell my video card has openGL and the system specs for the theme it'self is just the same as why you changed it.
Not everyone runs SM on such a PC that can handle this theme yet you changed it because not everyone runs on openGL which is more common now than people playing on higher end PCs. I find it a bit silly if you ask me. "Dual Core CPU 2GHz, 8600 gpu, 3GB ram (2 is enough)" and you dont have openGL, you fail at pc building if you dont have it. Even my old 9250 ATI card has openGL on it.

The Crashes, yes that would be a problem but thats why you would be fixing it till it doesn't.

And the theme sizes and what not, look at Anarchy's latest theme, people love that one and it's big and flashy.

D3D runs fine depending on computers.

I have a dell optiplex gx270 (old PC i know)

This theme runs fine and smooth on my old PC. I don't plan on upgrading to a new PC because the economy is complete trash right now

This is the only theme that will not work on this pc thats why I tested it with my brother's laptop.

My PC specs.
1.2GHz Celeron
512MB Ram
ATI Radeon 9250
80GB HDD +2 500GB Externals

openGL runs bad on ATI cards. even ask Karai.
