Submission Requirements not on the form

These are required by me before I will approve an entry:

- screenshot with proof of permission to use a song
(if a song is made by yourself, a screenshot of the song being made in the program you use is necessary)

- if the background image you are using was found on the net, such as say deviantart, a link to the graphic artist site is a plus to give full credit. If we find out a background is used without a credit link having been posted with song permission, and we receive notification from the author, it will be given a warning until fixed. if it is not fixed the song will be disqualified.

- if a background has a watermark - you will be disqualified if the watermark is found to have been removed. we need to respect the graphic artist's work and talent just as we do song artist. If you had permission from the artist to use without a watermark, you will need to show proof of permission to do so without the watermark.

Alright, StepMix 4 is here and I'm back full-time to help out with submissions again!!! Any questions please direct to me first.

As always I will give those who post w/o permission a chance to obtain it, however it will have to be limited to a couple weeks after submission. Otherwise the queue stays full of entries that aren't approved. They will be moved to the trash area and counted against your 10 entries. Please submit your entry with permission already obtained.

Please also remember to follow the guidelines to make the submission process easier on everyone and to ensure your entry makes it to the contest judging. You can find all the details here:
