Dear Darklink,

As you can notice this is my first post on the forum. Before stating my main matter, I would like to congratulate you for making these songs. As I can read from the responses they are very well made and I hope you will continue this work for the community.

However. In your signature/screenshot and in the music select menu it accured to me that you've used a design from, a one called Xtes, as base for this picture. I was notified by it by him and he didn't want to go into the hasle of informing you. But still I wanted an explanation on this matter.

In basic clean language it seems that you've "stolen" his design for your work, as for the fact, that you didn't ask or inform him about using it. Offcourse there won't be following any consequences to this, but I still would like an explanation of you, where you got the design and why you thought you could just "take" it at that moment.

He himself said it was just an ugly thing and that he didn't produce any designs under the name Xtes anymore. But because of the fact he stated it out of me I was just wondering what your story is behind all this.

Again, this isn't an attempt to put you in a bad light, I see you do much for the community here, it's just a formal question.
