I first caught wind of this courtesy Trick Master Mint (of SS. he may be entering StepMix 2 as well.). my thoughts are below
well, isn't this pure irony?
didn't Konami sue roxor a couple years back over In The Groove? and now they bought it?
...why do I see a potential problem coming down the pipe?

Konami knew SN didn't live up to expectations so they go and buy ITG/(ITG3) >_> which people were also having problems with. Like WHAT!!
I like BOTH DDR and ITG but if it turns into DDR and DDR I will be displeased beyond anyone could possibly imagine.
I guess we will have to wait and seeIt's time for me to fill the 255 or FF charater limit that is my signiture... with blahs... blahblahblahblah meh i'm too lazy.

For future reference, Konami didn't buy ITG, it was mutually settled upon in a court of law.

Man why does Konami always have to be first.....just because ITG was getting better ratings and more players they get mad and go and put a lawsut against Roxor and what i wanna know is if ITG 3 is still to come cause i really like ITG............... :?

No, Kanomi does not own StepMania. Although ITG was based off of StepMania, the games are legally completely different.
Why does Kanomi have to get sue-happy whenever someone makes a dancing game? Surely they realize that it destroys their image.XxDemonxX's sig offends me.

Well if you think about it..
RoXoR has exclusive rights to Stepmania
Konami has bought all rights to ITG
Konami now has the potential to brand Stepmania / Sell for prophit
Although Konami does not own stepmania, don't they have rights to sell it now? :!:
