Default AutoPlayCPU - Arrows vanish after a roll (SM 4.0)

When you have AutoPlayCPU on and the roll is on, the arrows still register in a middle of a roll and vanish like it's gotten Fantastic and Excellent when it was only 1/4 measure away from the note.

I don't follow. What do you mean by "the roll is on"? Which arrows are registering in the middle of the roll? What is "it"?

It has to be when AutoPlayCPU is activating the roll, but it also activates the upcoming arrows and gets and Excellent or Fantastic on the arrow in a middle of a roll. Is that clear?

    I think I get it:...
at measure 5 there is the beginning of a roll of Left and it lasts for say 3 measures, ending at measure 8
at measure 6 and 7 there are taps on right and down.

are you saying that AutoPlayCPU will get a fantastic on the later steps way early then it should?

Yep. That's right. It's a bug in SM 4.0. I hope this gets resolved before the beta. Also, the point value for rolls are not the same as holds. I realized that because I got more than 100,000,000 points on Brother Mojo's Cloudy Day on Hard, which had plenty of rolls.
