So first things first; a lot of files in this song folder, and most of them aren't even needed. .old files are useless, as the the CREATED BY and VERSION texts you put in there for some reason (I think it's pretty obvious who made it if you put a cdtitle or put your name in the #CREDIT tag of the .sm/.ssc, and I doubt anyone cares what version it is). You can't just put a no video version of this simfile in the video version; upload that separately instead of cramming it in the video version.
Now, onto the sync. I got for a BPM something around 120.63, however I'm pretty sure this song is drifty by nature. I would try to sync it and send it to you that way, but looking at it's waveform in Audacity it's nearly impossible to tell where anything is (especially when there's so many drum hits in certain sections). I'd honestly try something else as a simfile since this song looks almost hopeless to sync.
The steps themselves I honestly don't understand. It seems you switch between keyboard and pad styles kinda sporadically, to the point where there's really not much flow at all. You step certain patterns at times in the music but completely try something else in sections that sound similar. A lot of notes are made up and arbitrary (the double jump at the end comes to mind immediately), and the difficulty spikes are pretty jarring IMO.
My advice would be to step songs you can actually sync, and make sure you have some flow in your charts. I still don't know if this is for pad or keyboard (I'm guessing keyboard) so kinda put future files in either the keyboard or pad sections instead of here. Sorry if this review is a bit harsh but I hope it helps regardless.
