    Default Dance mat recomendation

    I'm going to purchase a Dance mat at Amazon (I don't care if it's amazon.com or amazon.co.uk)

Before I had an Ignition v3 Dance mat (which broke), but I can't find it available there.

    Any suggestions?

What pad is it exactly? If it's a DDRGame pad then consider buying something else; they're sold dirt cheap for a good reason.

The ones to look for are BlueSharks (very rare nowadays), Cobalt Fluxes, and Afterburners (for metal pads at least, I'm not familiar with soft pads since I never liked them).

Beta testing at the moment. Good at pad? PM me for details.

I don't understand. Do you mean for what game I'm gonna use it for?

I'm going to use it for Stepmania in my PC, if that is the question.

The Ignition v3 was a soft pad and it worked fine for me till it broke.

I don't mind buying a metal pad, but I didn't find available any of those brands you mention on Amazon (I have to buy there because they send shipments to my country).

    Cheers

Sadly dance pads sales have shriveled up the last year or so; sad really but it's whatever I guess. You'll have to look for used ones (not many people have never been touched dance pads sitting around their house anymore) like the ones I mentioned.

To my first question, could you post a link to said pad you're currently looking at? I can probably help you more with a visual.

The one I had and the one I'm looking something similar (or better if possible) is this one:

And it was called: Deluxe Ignition v2 5 in 1

    Cheers!

I wouldn't put much faith in either of them, seeing as they look like DDRGame pads.

Not to mention once you hit around 8 or 9 difficulty it becomes pretty much unplayable.

So, where can I buy a dance mat?

I miss the game, surely there must be some online shop where I could buy one.

    http://www.stepmania.com/forums/show...ad-from-Europe or build one.

you could go for any of the ddrgame ones you listed, but don't expect much out of them.
