Records getting deleted and other problems

I have noticed that on occasion some of the settings I would be using would be changed, reverse often gets turned off, and other options sometimes get turned on, videos for a song have about 50% chance of not showing up, and I have noticed that I have lost personal records on certain songs. Is there a solution to this and am I the only person experiencing it? I run Mac OSX 10.5 if that helps any.

Well occasionally reverse gets turned off between songs, and a few other song settings have been changed in the same way, including change in speed and boost getting turned on. For the records, I actually figured out what caused it, when I changed the name of the folder the song files there was no record of the song being played before, although the banner indicating a new song wasn't there.
