smpackage.exe is not downloaded.

Hi,
I've downloaded Stepmania which normally supplies smpackage.exe ... But when I tried to found it, I didn't! There is no smpackage.exe in my files. I downloaded Stepmania 3 times from 3 different websites, but it's always the same problem. I tried to find smpackage.exe only, on the Internet, but I didn't find anything.
Please, can you help me? Or maybe send me just smpackage.exe? (I've got Windows 7)

Is it StepMania 5 that you installed? If so, it doesn't come with a smpackage.exe.

If you tell us what you would like to use smpackage.exe for, we may be able to help your further (because chances are you won't need
smpackage.exe)

It is in Program folder in standard (3.9/3.95 versions) tho like Thumbsy said,SM5 doesnt have any executable for making .sm files from actual song (.mp3).
Personally i would recommend making charts in 3.9 cuz its most stable and have easiest to work on editor ever.

If you are trying to make a song file, just make a new song folder, put your music file in it, and make a "blank.ssc" file. That's all that smpackage did, anyway.
