Hi. I've buyed a DDR METAL PAD last year. Now it has a problem. If left button in pressed, PC can't recognise right button. And if down button is pressed, PC can't recognise up button. I try to clean the pad, but I can't resolve this problem. What can I do? I think it's a computer config problem. What can I do?
