(SM5) Buttons don't work
After installing SM5, I changed the settings looking for dance pad input since I couldn't find it, but after I changed one setting (I forget which) it wouldn't give me an option to go to the options screen, it took me directly to the songs. The only thing that worked was my enter key and F3. After reinstalling SM5, none of my keys work anymore.

Delete keymaps.ini and see if that works.
Yoshi is better than Mario, and you know it's true

That fixed the enter button problem, but the keys still don't work and there's no options menu on the main screen. :(
