Final Stage/Extra Stage grade requirements

Tier04 would be a SM4 AA, which is closer to a classic A. Seeing as SM4 default requires that you get an S, it would fit better, too.

As far as I know, 3.9+ is the same as 3.9 except it has rolls.

what's wrong with sm4?

if it's stability, the only "stable" version is 3.9. period.

3.9+ has tons of changes/improvements in it, not just rolls.
