Can I use Rise by Safri Duo?

I'm not sure if I can use the song or not for the Stepmix 5 contest. I've already got the song edited down to less than two and a half minutes and added the steps to it but I haven't been able to get in touch with Safri Duo to get permission to use the song.

The YouTube video I ripped the audio from was removed and the user banned so that makes me a little unsure about this song. Here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C5XMh8gH9Dc) is a video of the basic song he had uploaded; This version is much different however since it's played in a different order, if you will. It still uses the same sounds as in the video I originally got the audio from.

If you don't have written permission from the song author (and/or record company) and the song isn't under a permissive license (like creative commons) then no, you can't use it.

I have tried contacting them via their "Official MySpace" but, as I figured, they haven't read it yet (And I sent it several months ago...twice). I'm sure any public mailbox like though is unusable. I'm still looking for a way to contact them so if you guys have any other ideas please share them. I just don't know where to look.

I've already got everything I need except this, so as soon as I get permission I can submit my first entry.
