Please post bugs, suggestions, etc.

- Portable mode (Windows only): Add portable.ini to the root program folder, and files will be written to the program directory instead of OS's user directory
- fix trapped in SelectStyle screen if you press Start very early
- fix crash escaping from Select Course
- default to only use high resolution textures if height > 480 for better performance on low-end video
- clean up combo graphics

Uninstalled alpha 1, installed alpha 2. Settings -> Appearence -> Changed theme back to default (was testing darkness on alpha 1) -> title -> Game Play -> Single Player -> Crash

Just retried, got in to music select :P

EDIT: I must say that I am not very fond of the way that you input your name for high score ranking. It's really confusing and doesn't give you enough time to really make your what you want it to be. I think having all 4 receptors start with AAAA and pressing/holding the arrow will make each section go ABCD....

just one problem, when I'm done editing songs and try to go to the main menu, it crashes. Can you fix it or is it just my computer?
