OK, a few people have posted a thread about having a problem with OpenITG because the file MSVCP71.dll was missing. Download it here and save people the trouble of helping you because your too lazy to look for it yourself:

Download MSVCP71.dll

Remember, this file belongs in the 'Program' folder of the StepMania Program Files.
