Enter Key Trouble

Yeahh , so I mapped over my enter key .
I've done what everyone says "Delete the keymaps file"
I've done it , but it doesn't work.
I've tried reinstalling it , but whenever I try installing a song onto it , it just reverts back to how it was before I uninstalled it .
So basically , I either have it working , but with no songs .
Or I don't have it working , but with all my songs/themes on there. So yeah , starting to bug me a bit .
Any help ? It would be really helpful , I'm just at a total loss right now . xD

you're using vista, aren't you.

Ah . Yeah ^^;;
So my guess is that it's screwed up on vista ?

It works fine, but Vista redirects things.
