|Problem: Installing song, StepMania 3.9, Windows, other, CD

I am trying to create a song but every time I add a song with the step mania utility it isn't on the song or creation list.

I really want to create my own songs but it isnt working

Stepmania can only import mp3 or ogg files. I don't think much CD's use mp3s.
If you don't know: you must open Start -> All Programs -> Stepmania -> Stepmania Tools and Package Exporter, then choose a song (only mp3 and ogg)
