I know this is an old thread but I just wanted to say that I don't like your CDTitle very much. (It has a black background which you didn't make it transparent)

It got my endorphins flowin!
Since I had stepmania 3.9, in the higher difficulties the program started to skip some notes and then crash. Something about a roll error. But I fixed that by going into the step editor and reinstating the steps.
I really think you did a great job!
