I might be able to do this when i'm finished with my currenty theme, work in progress. It's almost done, about 99% finished with complimentary announcer, so if you have a picture or more clear idea about what you want, just put it in here or PM it to me and I'll be happy to give it a very good try.

EDIT. MY THEME IS DONE AND NOW I AM FREE TO GIVE THIS A SHOT. JUST TELL ME WHAT TO DO CHIEF!
