    Default 20071117|Z (for ITG)

WARNING: Extremely difficult simfile. I will not be responsible for anyone who suffers injuries resulting from attempting to clear the expert steps on pad. This simfile was created using ITG2 metrics. It contains all difficulties on single and double pad. The song is about 1:45 long and the banner is in 418x164 (ITG) dimension. Steps made by me with the ITG step artist label as my real name, Joe DeGarmo. An old boss song from Stepmix 1 is back with a vengeance. This time, it's not just any ordinary boss song; it breaks new ground in difficulty level for StepMix. The hard (singles) steps features some bouts of stream mixed with a lot of jumps and gallops. There is a streamy section halfway through the song to be aware of. It's a pretty solid 11; anyone who can pass Pandemonium's hard steps should have no trouble with this one. The expert (singles) stepchart breaks the StepMix record by becoming the most difficult stepchart ever produced. It features streams, crossovers, jumps, and mines from hell. In fact, there are NO BREAKS in the steps throughout the entire song, not even during the usually calm slowdown section! (Rolls have been implemented during the ambient silence preceding the slowdown part to add insult to injury. Sorry.) Technically it is possible to clear on pad, but ultra-difficult to pull off. Graphics created by me using Xara 3D version 6 for the text. Background image provided by http://www.coolwallpapers.org/view.php?wallz=6728 . Song produced by DM Ashura. The .sm file contains a random movie script compatible with ITG PC and r21. The difficulties are 1/5/9/11/15 (singles) and 6/8/10/13 (doubles). Please enjoy this simfile and have fun! Can you survive?

am downloading, will play on ITGPC and let you know what I think. I expect something good out of you man.

Ok played.. it is perfectly ITG.. cept that for some reason you cut the song to a more DDR / PIU lenght, but the steps are dead on.. too bad I hate ITG steps (they follow non-dominant sounds in the songs) so naturally I dont like some step decesions.. but thats me. Everything was done fine for your intent, so good job. This one is nice, but I think the images didnt quite fit. :\ Thats just me again tho.

Still, as an overall, Wonderful job. ^_^

    Oh, hello there.

Works perfectly on ITGPC.. the only way ITG simfiles should be played, IMO.

I know how you are about games though, I'm not complaining.

Most people dont know how SM Operates well enough to have proper ini settings, or in many cases a proper theme: most people use the hack job of 3.95 and some ITG related theme, and mdawgs ini's (if they are lucky to have those). now, that isnt that bad, cept 3.95.. sucks..

ITGPC actually runs effectinetly enough, and is obviously, exactly set to what the last ITG release was. I could go on about things (like the changed notecharts) but I wont, becuase this thread is about one evil, but pretty appropriate for the game design, Stepmix entry.

    Oh, hello there.
