Use 0.75x. It's close enough. If he doesn't like it, *&@# him.

I don't feel like editing themes. Ask Kei. I'm not in a very good mood.

I enjoy stepmania, atm I'm making a custom theme for me, I may release it. I doubt it though.

If you are talking about a Stepmania theme, follow these steps:

Go to the folder Stepmania/Themes/Theme folder/metrics.ini <-- go into that file, then..
Press Ctrl+F and input C400 [usually the default c-mod in every theme] then click on 'Find Next' once. It will take you to where you need to be in the file. Close the find window. Then, since you are making C200, make a blank line between 8x and C400, then input this into that blank line:
    Speed,10=mod,C200;name,C200
Make sure that for every speed modifier, the Speed,# value increases by one each line and there are no two of that say the same. So that means any speed modifiers after C200 would be Speed,11 Speed,12 etc. Now that that's done, based on what the last Speed,# is, input that # value at where it says
    # Player options
Speed=# <-- this is where you put the highest value Speed,# that is shown in your speed mod list. Save the document, then close out of it. Now, go here: Stepmania/Themes/Theme Name/Languages/english.ini <--go into here. Do the Ctrl+F to find C400 again once, and then create a line again in here above C400 and input C200=C200. Then save the file and exit, and you should be ready to go to use C200... why you'd wanna use such a slow speed mod would be beyond me but whatevs. :P
