I just made several .CRS files, and when I go to "Edit Courses" in Stepmania, for some reason it always adds a "low meter 3, high meter 6" to every song in every course I have.

Also, when I go to play the course in Nonstop mode, it only lets me choose Light, Standard, and Heavy difficulties (not Beginner). Any idea why?

Haven't been to the troc in a while, well, since the mcm expo and we're thinking of trying out new songs/ machines etc. I've only ever played DDR, mainly the X for the song list.

For an estimate of my skill level, I have not been able to pass Max 300 on expert yet, but I believe that I should be able to now, and that it is my current 'high'. What songs do you recommend me to play on the DDR X machine? Also, what is the setting for the arrows to appear in the same way as an ITG machine?

Also, I will be trying out the ITG machine which is apparently in bad condition. Which songs do you think I'd be able to do, taking in to account that I have bad stamina and asthma. I'd love to try my shot at one with a few hands. Also, how do I access the speed mods?

Last but not least, I might try out a PIU (the thing with the thing in the middle lol). Are there speed mods? Also, what are some decent songs?

Sorry for all the questions :P . Please answer ASAP even if you're not 100% sure as we'll be leaving early morning tomorrow.

Well here's the deal. When I start the game everything works fine. The only thing that don't work as it should do is when I try to enter the graphic page in the options. It takes up to 20 seconds to load page. All other pages loads instantly.

When I proceed and tries to start a single player game the program just crash before the songs are able to load.

Also I notice that when I start the game, I can't see the game load the songs from the songs folder. It's just as if I have no songs there at all :/.

When you highlight the group of the songs, how do I continue the song preview of one of the songs? Assuming the first (or last) song in a group list is, let's say, Butterfly. When I highlight to a group, it's common that you'll hear the 'common menu music (loop).mp3' or whatever that is called. How do I hear the song preview of Butterfly instead when I highlight the group lists? This thing that I meant is in DDR Extreme.

My question is simple : is it possible to set more than a One More Extra Stage in a folder ?
I'm currently working on the One More Extra Stage system of Dancing WipEout ParadisE, and I want to set 3 simfiles as OMES, like the "x EVOLVED" songs.

I've think about set heavy at 11 and a extra2.crs with "random 11" condition, but it will not represent the real difficulty of the song :/

Any idea for SM 3.9 ?
Is it working on SM 4.0 actually ?

Thank in advance for your ideas and suggestions :)

I got the EMS DUALSHOOTER USB2 adapter because it was the best suggested one on the adapters page.
Now mind you I'm running a Mac. So I got it, tried to configure the buttons and it didn't work. So then I went and downloaded the Intel Mac drivers hoping that would fix it. Nothing. Last I tried download the old Mac os 10.3&4 drivers and again, no luck. I need help. I have the switch set to "PC" and have everything else put in right.

Thank you guys very much.

My second submission.

Better then my first. I'm still working on my third, and it is way better then these 2.

The challenge steps follow a drum that doesn't exist. I feel it sounds good with the music, but on pad, or if you play softly, it doesn't make as much sense.

I was planning on making a boss song, but when I looked at it, it didn't run out very well... Still refining it...

I based the background off of Vincent Van Gogh's "Starry Night"

The song itself is found on http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen/166016

The author's comments:

Deep within a place where lost memories and forgotten dreams reside, one searches to find his friends...

This is a song that's been stuck in my head for more than two years... seriously.... But I never thought to actually make it.

This is a tribute to Kingdom Hearts because I like the feel of the games.

That odd ambience you hear in the background is suppose to be like this odd dreamstate.

Notice how in the Kingdom Hearts games when there's a flashback it has that odd sound and the screen turns white? Well this is kind of like that.... and that sound all through the song is for atmospheric purposes... Sort of like a Castle Oblivon/deep within thought type place.... That's kind of the best way I can explain it right now...
Sorry if that sound gets annoying...

Tell me what you think and I'll return the favor. :)
